What Does The Word "Drunkenness" Mean In The Bible? - SandraP - 10-19-2024 The word "Drunkenness" doesn't necessarily mean to be intoxicated with alcohol. It means along the same lines as gluttony. To have more than you need, self-indulgence to excess, overcome with. Like, filling our hearts to the point of overflowing with the things of the world.
