Psalm 65:1-3, 'Praise is rightfully yours, God, in Zion. Vows to you must be fulfilled, for you answer prayer. All flesh must come to you with all its sins; though our faults overpower us, you blot them out.'
Our sins can be forgiven if we ask God to forgive us from our heart. We must try not to repeat the same ones over and over again. We can work on changing the way we think and act by seeking God's will.
Jesus Christ will teach us and show us how to overcome our sins and the flesh. We must be willing to travel the road to repentence. It's not easy looking inward and seeing what we are doing wrong because as it is, we do not like to be reproved or corrected.
By overcoming ourselves we can live a much happier life. Jesus will show us how to purify ourselves so that we can be in union with God once again. Take note of your sins and confess them to another and to God (James 5:16). Replace negative thoughts and actions with positive ones.
May God Bless You Always
