The Holy Spirit Cannot Be With Those In Sin
#1
Wisdom 1:4,5, 'No, Wisdom will never makes its way into a crafty soul, nor stay in a body that is in debt to sin; the Holy Spirit of instruction shuns deceit, it stands aloof from reckless purposes, is taken aback when iniquity appears.'

The Holy Spirit cannot be with someone that still sins. The Holy Spirit is pure and it cannot be with someone that is not pure. If you want the Holy Spirit to be with you forever, then it's going to take Jesus Christ to help you get to the point in spiritual growth where He can ask God to give you the Spirit of Truth forever (John 14:15-17).

Jesus will take you down that road that will lead you to purifying your soul and body. It takes a lot of dedication and laborous work to reach that point, that is why Jesus says, 'Enter by the narrow gate, since the road that leads to perdition is wide and spacious, and many take it; but it is a narrow gate and a hard road that leads to life, and only a few find it.'

How much value do you place on your salvation? Do you prefer the things of the world like, materialism, temporary happiness, or death over peace, joy, happiness, freedom and everlasting eternal life?

Cleansing our self of darkness can only happen if we are willing to look inward and change the way we think, feel and act towards our fellowman and God. God loves us unconditionally and there are many people who love us as well.

We shouldn't look at the faults of others and place ourselves above them, after all, we are sinners also. We should love one another, just as we would like to be loved back. We should treat one another just as we would like to be treated.
