John P When it comes to our youth these days, they seem to be having problems at school and in the home. These problems arise from many different circumstances. A lot of devout Christians think that it could be because there just isn’t enough faith and support. September 25th, 2010 John P In times of hardships and tragedies, usually our first reaction is to start worrying or fear the unknown. Our carnal mind always wants to look at the negative side of our problems and situations. Our minds start to become very imaginative and produce bad thoughts and delusions. (more…)
July 4th, 2010 John P The world today seems to be so hectic that families don’t seem to have the quality time to spend together. Family structure needs to be a priority on our list. Children need the security and foundation of a loving and healthy family that they can depend on when they are needed the most.
This is one of the best gifts that parents can give their children. Children should be provided the safety of a home in their family life that they feel secure in. (more…)

1 Comment » June 27th, 2010 John P There are two parts to us, the flesh and the soul. For most, the flesh is the dominate factor in our lives until we die. The flesh wants nothing to do with the soul, it wants nothing to do with God, it only wants what the world has to offer.
The flesh is corrupt and it will always be corrupt until it’s last breath. This is what the deadly sin of pride is, self, ego, I, me, and myself. Pride is the main one of the seven deadly sins. (more…)

May 13th, 2010 John P If we are going to trust in God, we are going to need faith. First, we have to believe that there is a God. Some have been taught about God when they were young. As they grow up they know in their hearts that there is a God, creator of all.
Others were drawn to God either by miracles or something that happened in their life, whether it be some type of trauma or an amazing event. There is a feeling inside us that knows there is more to life than living and dying. (more…)

In the book of Samuel which took place over 4000 years ago, God warned us about government. Yet, man still hasn’t learned about the dangers of having a government or a person that hasn’t been appointed by God to lead a nation. Even though it is written in the Old Testament and at the time when God was talking to Israel and His wife who He refers to is Jerusalem. The United States and England has to understand that they are sister nations of Israel and that God has blessed them. (more…)

God is Love
There are people out there that think God is a cruel God. That just isn’t so. Some like to refer back to the days of Noah when God flooded the world. Since children had perished in this flood and God did not save them, they say God is a murderer.
How can this be? Did not God tell Noah to build an Ark so that he and any other people that believe in God could be spared from the flood? Did not Noah warn the people for many years of a coming flood? (more…)

Racism comes from man’s pride, same with any type of hate or sin. Pride is the darkness that lies within man. It is anchored in man like roots on a tree. Sin grows from pride just like the branches on a tree.
Mankind can destroy himself because of pride. Here are just some of the darkness that man can bring forth, using God’s name in vain, anger, lust, crime, greed, jealousy, wars, murder, violence, mockery, hate, and gossip. If we want to be righteous in the eyes of God, then we have to overcome the darkness that lies within us and “Love One Another”. (more…)

1John 4:20,21 Anyone who says, ‘ I love God,’ and hates his brother, is a liar, since a man who does not love the brother that he can see cannot love God, whom he has never seen. So this is the commandment He has given us, that anyone who loves God must also love his brother. Wouldn’t it be a beautiful world if everyone loved each other?
