John P God is probably one of the most misunderstood beings ever. People are always assuming that God is cruel or that He doesn’t exist at all. They are declining fast as they clothe themselves in immorality, corruption, spiritual decay and every other abomination that God despises.

People have different opinions on “Who is God”. The ones that say that God is cruel will go to the Old Testament and cite passages like, when God flooded the world and all those innocent children were drowned. How about when He had the Israelites conquer nations and kill everyone in those nations and destroy all their idols. God has a purpose for everything that He does, you just have to look for it. We have a tendency to adapt to our environment in such a way that our thinking process and how we re-act to circumstances become habitual and automatic. November 21st, 2010 John P It’s strange how we see what is sane and what is insane. We call people who seem to be without reason and out of touch with what the world calls reality, “Insane”, but are they really? It all depends on how you look at it.
When we see things through our carnal eyes, we see things as normal and real according to the carnal mind, but how would you see the world if you were looking at it through your spiritual eyes? How do you understand the state of sanity or insanity and know what is Truth? (more…)

What it means to rebel against God is to basically give in to our pride and choose the things that are an abomination to God.
When we choose our will over God’s will we travel on the road to self-destruction that leads us into the darkness, but when we choose God’s will we travel on the road that leads us into the Light which is eternal life and true peace which can only be found in God’s love. (more…)

We have a problem with people when they do something that interferes with our peace. We don’t like it and usually we act upon it in a negative way. We can be a much happier person if we remove the darkness that is within us. This darkness causes all types of negative activity like stress, anger, hate, resentments, jealousy, impatience, envy, desires of the flesh, character defects and so many more. Our character defects is something that we need to focus on.
We need to trim the dead branches from the tree and allow new ones to grow like, peace, faith, love, happiness, kindness, compassion, righteousness and so on. It’s all a matter of changing the way we see things, act on things and basically how we live our lives from moment to moment. (more…)

We need to get rid of our iniquitous behavior and resentments and recovery will follow. We must not be a stumbling block in other’s lives. Be free of the judgments that you make on people. We can ask ourselves a simple question like, “What I did wrong to others, was it worth it?”
No wrong is ever worth it, it will come back to haunt you. Also, we can ask ourselves, “Why do I want to harm people?” We need to clean ourselves up and make sure that the only account that we will be giving on judgment day are the good things that we have done in our lives. (more…)

Do a daily evaluation on yourself so that you can correct yourself and live a much happier life.
We need to correct ourselves and change our thought process because of the way we think about the things that disrupt our emotions and our souls. Look at the things that happened during the day and see how we handled them. Did we handle things in a mature and spiritual way or did we handle it in a shameful way? (more…)

Where in the world are we placing our hope these days? It seems that man is placing their hope for change everywhere but the right place. Let’s find out just where man has been placing their hope.
We take our hope and place it in something with a vision in our mind thinking that this is what the outcome is going to be. Our imagination can run wild and believe that men can make a change and give us a better life than what God has to offer. Man cannot ever create a better plan for us than the one God already has. Man can do what they want with my body but, they can’t touch my soul because I’m Sheltered in the Arms Of God.
Psalm 18: 1-3, ‘I love you God, my strength (my Savior, you rescue me from violence). God is my rock and my bastion, my deliverer is my God. I take shelter (trust) in Him, my rock, my shield, my horn of salvation, my stronghold and my refuge. From violence you rescue me. He is to be praised; on God I call and am saved from my enemies.’
In these days of unsettling times, we can’t trust our security to man (or at anytime for that matter). Whether it would be for our job, the government, to teach us truth or to save us from our enemies. (more…)
